I. Criteria for Naming Recognition

A. Naming in Recognition of Financial Support
For naming recognition of financial gifts or other items of economic value, 预计捐赠方将提供拟命名基金的全部或大部分费用. “实质性部分”应定义为超过成本一半(51%或更多)的捐款，或无法从其他来源获得的捐款，或在某种程度上对项目或计划启动不可或缺的捐款, 延续, completion or excellence. B. Naming in Recognition of Distinguished Service

II. Procedure for 设施 Naming

A. 提名

B. Appointment of Committee

  • One member of the 赌钱app可以微信提现 Student Senate;
  • One administrative employee; and
  • Any other appointees deemed appropriate by 总统  
C. Informational Report Submitted to Committee

  • Independent valuation and appraisals, 如果适用的话, of any non-cash financial support in connection with the naming recognition (i.e. gifts, art, land, stock, etc.); and

D. Evaluation of 提名

E. Recommendation to the Board

3。. Changing a Facility Name

设施名称更改应基于命名学院设施政策217中列出的理由.05 and sought through the same process for 设施 naming, as provided in Section II of this Operating Procedure.

IV. 保密 and 宣传

A. 保密
To the extent allowed by law, 在提名正式提交董事会审议之前，提名和评估过程应保密.
B. 宣传
Following Board approval, 视情况而定，并根据命名协议或条件声明中的任何适用条款, 书院可在书院刊物上刊登捐款人的姓名，以作命名用途. Signage used for the naming recognition shall be determined by the College. If agreed upon by the College and the donor, 在堪萨斯州法律允许的范围内，捐赠人的捐赠金额可作为捐赠人与学院之间的保密事项.
